Facilitated by Nature Connections practitioner and educator, Mark Ward, the group will be guided through a spiral of nature-based activities, finding gratitude for nature and each other, honouring our concerns for the planet, seeing with new and ancient eyes and going forth with renewed hope.
Our journey will start with an opportunity to discover more about some of the innovative regenerative farming which has been evolving at Higher Barn from regenerative farmer, Cerys Dehaini.
You will need to bring outdoor clothing and footwear appropriate for the weather. We plan to be outside for most of the day and will be walking around the farm but also sitting down for some of the activities. We suggest you bring a sit mat or small folding chair. There are steeper paths in places but we can we adjust activities if you have any mobility challenges (please let us know when you book).
Bring your own packed lunch. Tea/coffee and biscuits provided. The farm has a composting toilet. There is limited parking on site. If you are coming with others, car sharing is encouraged.
This session is open to all and designed for adults (16+)
Spaces are limited so please book early.
